We offer hybrid classes (majority online with some in-person sessions) every two weeks. The class is 10 days (2-week schedule or 4-week schedule).
Please fill out the CNA registration form linked on this website.
1. Over 17 years of age.
2. Unexpired Picture State ID/license
3. Original Social Security card.
4. Access to a computer and Wi-Fi.
5. High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
6. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
7. $350 tuition minimum deposit
You can take it at Balizza HCS as we are an approved testing site for the Ohio CNA State Test.
To name a few, you can be employed at a long term care facility, hospital, hospice, assistant living, home care, and adult day care center.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals for those students that are under financial hardship or have academic merit. Your generous donation will fund our mission to equip students for success.
